overstuffed mailboxes

I hope if it's ok if I can pass this message to the unit owners out there
concerning their mailboxes. I know this might be a privacy issue so I will

Hello Unit Owners,
This message is for those unit owners who are currently abroad or maybe for
those who have not been to Gramercy for a while. About a week and a half
ago, I decided to do a quick walk through just to see how many mailboxes
were overstuffed with junk mail, bills etc etc. The number of mailboxes I
have noticed were alarming. So alarming that I took some photos (with
numbers censored) please see photos below attached to this email.

*There are over 240 mailboxes that are overstuffed.*

Now if you would like to know if your mailbox is overstuffed. Please send
me a direct email ryan...@gmail.com with your Unit number and name and I will reply to you.

Just doing my part to help out our neighbours out there.
