Good evening fellow Gramercy Unit Owners,
First off allow me to introduce myself, I too am a unit owner of the
Gramercy and have been following along carefully with all the work
everyone has been doing to Protect our investments, our home. It's
nice we have this community where we can share our experiences good
and bad, as well as our future plans in creating a more ideal and
suitable conditions with Upper level management at the Gramercy.
I was a Professor working in Korea for the last 8 years, and now
finally I am fortunate to land a teaching position at an International
School here in Manila.
I started renting out my unit through airbnb about 2 years ago (while
abroad), since then I have learned alot about managing my unit,
keeping customers happy and also making a profit as well as its nice
having not to pay asoc dues and taxes due to renting out my place. But
I am not doing this alone I have a small team actually 2 an assistant
and a cleaner. A few of you are inquiring about renting your units,
some people have tried siglo or have their own property managers
working for them yet with "one eye open".
One thing that really concerns me at this very moment is "over stuffed
mailboxes", as of today (May 29, 2016) I see many peoples mailboxes
stuffed to the max with letters, junk mail and probably bills. My
concerns are, who is taking care of your units for the owners who are
abroad? Is the property manager you have hired really doing their job?
How as a unit owner know and feel secure that your investment is being
taken care of as well as not being neglected or abused? Maybe for some
family is taking care of your units, are they as particular with the
details such as I am with for example bills are paid on time,
mailboxes are cleared, general maintenance of the unit, cleaning and
general maintenance or the aircon, etc etc.
With all that said, allow me to provide my services to you. I would
like to be your property manager and give you the peace of mind that
your investment is well taken care of. Also, if you wish, allow me and
my team to help you rent it out for you on airbnb. And finally, allow
me to fully audit your unit and your property manager to make sure
they are doing their job and your investment is not neglected or
abused. Those are the three services I provide; 1) audit your unit 2)
Property Manager for an empty unit 3) Property Manager and renting out
the unit.
Im doing this because my little team was asking me if I knew any other
unit owners who are interested, they are very hard working and I fully

doing this on the side. And lastly, I truly love living in Gramercy
and I 100% know the feeling being abroad and wondering if I had made a
good choice in investing with Gramercy and who can I trust that will
protect my investment and maintain it while I am away.
