In connection with the 2021 annual tax collection of real property taxes, the City of Makati Finance Department-Realty Tax Division provided the following guidelines in the payment of real property taxes:

 

1. There will be NO SATELLITE PAYMENT in barangays/condominiums because of the General Community Quarantine (GCQ); and

 

2. Updated taxpayers are encouraged to use online payment via makationlinepayments.com.

 

Steps to online payment:

a.                Go to online payment portal, makationlinepayments.com;

b.               Generate billing statement;

c.                Payment through GCash/Bank Transfer/Bank Deposit; and

   (Land Bank Makati City Hall Br. Acct. No. 3452-1008-85)

d.               Upload proof of payment at the portal to complete your transaction.

 

For delinquent taxpayers, they have to settle their real property taxes directly at the Real Property Tax, 2^nd floor, Building 1, City Hall of Makati.
