I have found one of the keys to success of renting out my units is the
keyless entry locks.
My clients find it easy and convenient and they can never lose a key.
Plus it is additional security as the previous client can not duplicate
the key.

If anyone on the board wants to get one, send me a personal email.
I'm in Hawaii now, and if I order them within 2 days, I can take them in
my suitcase.
Just please don't order one and not pay me.

I agree with the idea. I am renting my unit in Gramercy too, and I am considering installing this keyless entry lock. I'm basically based in Japan and visiting my unit every 4 months. I'll be in Mla from next week. If you could buy one for me, of course I would very much happy to pay and Also, I'll be asking your installer to have it fix in my unit.
