Hope all is well with you.

 

Am writing this request for a big favour.  Wondering if you have a hall to hold a literary evening in honour of a visiting a Malayalam poet.

Propose to organize the event this Friday, 30^th November 2012. The expected turn out is about 100 lit enthusiasts.  The main organizer is Gramam, a socio-cultural forum, that partnered with the school for food distribution to needy labourers recently.

 

Would appreciate an early response.
