Dear Comrades,
Please find the attached "proposed working committee List". Each team leader having 4 members in his team. Secretary, President and vice president are not in the squads but they should be "in touch" with all teams.
I have tried my level best to arrange the squad on basis of same residential area or nearby area. If any one want to change the squad, can be done but please let me know.
Need the best cooperation and hard work from each member to make our "membership campaign" a big success.

PS- Secretay---hope that all our general council members are already added to the "common email system". If any one is missing then please forward this mail to them.
