Job Profile:
- We are looking for IT Recruiters with 0.6 Months to 2 Years of experience in US staffing.
- The candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening and closing (End to End Recruitment process)
- Must be able to work on fulfilling complex requirements in a limited time period.
- Understanding of requirements and carrying out search utilizing internal database.
- Ability to use search functionality on websites (job portals) like Dice, Monster, Careerbuilder etc in an efficient manner.
- Experience in Recruiting Citizens and Green Cards on all the tax term (W2, 1099 C2C)
- Experience in Social Media Recruitment and internet based recruitment would be preferred.
- Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
- Strong Communication Skills are required as they would be acting as a key person between the Account team and the candidates in the Market.
