Hi

I am looking to invest in a new ATS and wish to seek the inputs of Recruitment Managers/Owners about the ATS they use & their experience

In the past, I have used Zoniac and Hirecraft -and personally preferred Toostep-which was later on sold to Naukri

Can anyone suggest a cloudbased software..that can be suggested for a 5 user..and scaleable to about 50 users.something contemporary.

Would love referrals and recommendations

Menon,

You are on the track,
you have posted need of the hour requirement for recruitment companies,
even i am scratching my head for this.

which is good nor bad, if you find a solution please pass on to me.

MenonJi,

As Mr. Suresh rightly said, ATS has been need of the hour for last several years. I stress this point when ever I go for recruitment process audit. The issue is 99.99% of the recruitment community has not worked or know how it works. So some one have to try and tell others on its usage.

ICMS & Jobvite are good give it a try. 

By the way i sell LetsPlace but it is designed to suit enterprises than staffing companies. LetsPlace is advanced to its times, so resume parsing facility will not be there. If you are OK with that please let me know I can reach at your convenience.
