Grails 3 & Grails 2.X Plugins

Hi all,

Will Grails 2.X plugins work on Grails 3?  I'm not sure if this has been covered somewhere. If so, please point me to that location. I could not find anything on google. After looking at the Grails 3 documentation, I am assuming they will not work. That is because it looks like their is a non-trivial upgrade process for Grails 2 plugins. For example, the code generation tool is different. But I wanted to check in about it since it is important.
