Grails 6.2.1 Release and 7.0.0-SNASPSHOT Updates

Grails 7 will be one of the largest Grails releases to date.  

The project is transitioning to a community driven approach and is in the process of moving to the Apache Software Foundation.  If you are interested in finding out how you can help please see:  https://grails.org/blog/2024-10-01-grails-community-contributions.html .   There are many tasks, small, medium and large to tackle and all contributions are welcome: issues, testing, code in PRs, documentation and/or guides.
