Plugin 0.9.1 release

0.9.1 has been released

This fixes GWT_HOME handling, cleans up certain classpath handling to squash a few error messages and includes a (hopeuflly properly implemented this time) fix for the GWT test case when interacting with plugins.

Could you please check for regressions against your apps?
