[ANN] Autobase v0.8.1 Released

Just put out Autobase 0.8.1, which fixes a regression introduced in 0.8 relating to columns with
where clauses, updates the infrastructure to support 1.1b3, and provides raw text bodies for setting
"sql" properties.

It also has some implementation updates to prepare for the up-coming Liquibase 1.10 release and
generally future-proof against Liquibase changes, but those don't have user-visible consequences
except for some slight speed improvements.
