The vehicle model comes from the book “Automotive Control Systems” by A. Galip Ulsoy et al., and a description of the lateral and longitudinal dynamics can be found in chapter 4.
Each race has a configuration file that tells you which vehicle will be used and what track the vehicle is running on. The tables provided on the site include information for potential vehicle models that may be used in the races. However, we will not reveal which combination of vehicles and tracks will be used prior to the final race, in order to test how generalizable the submitted controllers are.
