Because grafx2 is perfect and we don't need to update it ? ;)
And also because nobody contributes to the project.
@Pulkomandy: I've just setup a monthly schedule for the Gitlab-CI, so at
lease https://grafx2.gitlab.io/grafX2/ will be updated ;)
