When validating the metainfo file, I get warnings about grafx2.eu not
using HTTPS:

No, unfortunately, due to the way the website is hosted, I don't think I
can. The website hosting (provided by chez.com) does not offer https at
all. But it's free, so, I get what I pay for :)

I would have to move the website to a different hosting or self-host it on
my homeserver.

You can use an https URL. It will redirect to http, but it will make the
validator happy, I think.
