Is this anyone on the list? Curious what a "graffiti wall" is :)

I'll bet that's the folks in Vancouver, Alex Beim and the Tangible Interaction crew?

I guess they are testing the Digital Graffiti Wall by Chris Yanc mentioned here:

And just realized that it was already mentioned in the previous thread by Chris himself :)

Sorry I hadn't mention anything. I was going to say something this
week.
http://digitalgraffitiwall.tumblr.com/

I'm making it for a Tech/Art/Music festival that is happening this
weekend in Cleveland, OH: http://ingenuitycleveland.com
The event is free this year and I've been wanting to making something
like this for a while now.
It's a rear projection display, and I modified some spray paint cans
with just an infrared LED, running off of Community Core Vision.
The application for the interactive screen (wall) is run on Adobe AIR
and people using it can either take a snapshot of what they draw on
the screen and upload it to the tumblr account, or I have the GML
recording function that will upload to 000000book

In addition, I have a handful of eMac that I'll have playing back some
GML some different ways. Scattered around the festival too.
the GML therimin I made,
i'm mixing in fluidsolver
i may try something with physics.

And when night hits, I'll have access to a larger projector so I'll
get to try running a large scale projection.
I'm trying to archive everything best I can, and plan on releasing the
apps when it's done.

I have a video put together from Ingenuity Fest.
There were too many power issues because of the venue I couldn't do
the full breath of what I wanted to do.
So I wasn't able to do any large projections, let alone get away from
my space long enough to do much else anyways.
Looks like I should get a more reliable team together for next time.
The only thing running was the wall.

Since the audience was general public and little kids, the GML aspect
of it was a little too much to balance with just a free-form graffiti
wall.
So by Saturday I toned back the application to just upload screenshots
of the wall to my tumblr page.
It was still a great time and everyone loved the wall. Even some local
graffiti artists tried it out and thought it was awesome.
Only down side, by the end all 3 LED spray cans died on me, I need to
get better switches (already in the mail), the ones from radioshack
didn't cut it.

So here is the video on the tumblr page: http://tumblr.com/xhwjy2kjv

I ended up collecting 200+ screenshots from the wall, ranging from
little kids scribbling around, to graffiti artists trying it out.
And now I'm looking for the next event to take it to.

Any way you could do a step-by-step how-to to replicate this ?

Sure, I should be able to get something put together.
I'll post it here when I do.
