Sure. Also, on the same vein, I see builder_version in two places for build metadata: 

1. In the note: https://github.com/grafeas/grafeas/blob/master/proto/v1beta1/build.proto#L30

2. In the occurrence: https://github.com/grafeas/grafeas/blob/master/proto/v1beta1/provenance.proto#L70

Is that on purpose, if so, what are we supposed to set for the one in the occurrence?
