Grafeas 0.1.1 release

Hello Grafeas Community,

I'm pleased to announce the release of Grafeas server v0.1.1. I released the corresponding Docker image, us.gcr.io/grafeas/grafeas-server:v0.1.1, and Helm chart. The following went into this micro release:

• Grafeas helm chart is compliant with stable requirements (contributed by danielwhatmuff);
• Code cleanup;
• Added back max_affected_version to Vulnerability in the v1beta1 API.
