Fine grained access control Grafana

I have setup grafana to monitor linux hosts. It creates graphs for per core CPU usage. I will be exposing this dashboard to the users. Its like a cloud setup and I want the users to see only the cores on which they have running jobs.

For examples

host A

 - core1 user1

 - core2 user 2

host B

 - core1 user2

 - core 2 user1

I would want to control user access such that user 1 can only see data from hostA-core1 and hostB -core2.

Can Grafana provide such fine grained access?
