This was shared with me by a local couple looking to rent out their newly renovated studio.  They are flexible with the lease - they want at least 6-months, but they would want to talk to interested folks directly about length. This would be a short term lease of 6 months. $1595/month. 

It is 450 sq ft. Brand new kitchen appliances and fully furnished. You would be the very first occupant!

This space is in the Richmond Annex. 10-15 min drive to UC Berkeley campus and within 1 mile of El Cerrito BART station."
