We are currently seeking applications at the tenure-track Assistant Professor level with expertise in geographic information systems and environmental planning in the Department of Environmental Studies at the University of Illinois at Springfield. The position will begin August 16, 2014. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in environmental planning, land use planning, geography, or a closely related field. The preferred candidate will have teaching experience and demonstrated ability of research. I have attached a position advertisement for circulation and posting.
