Android R14 support

Hi everyone,

I took a shot in getting gradle-android-plugin to work with Android R14 / Ice Cream Sandwich, and came up with the changes in pull request 34.  `gradle developerBuild` passes and it seems to work in one of my simple Gradle Android projects here.

I also created a SNAPSHOT release if anyone wants to try it.  Maven repository is at http://maven.teamcodeflux.com/external and version is 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT.

This is my first major shot with gradle-android-plugin and I'd appreciate you guys have any inputs with my pull request :-).  I would really love to get gradle-android-plugin to work with Ice Cream Sandwich.
