Good evening,

March is school spirit month at SOMS! Over the course of the month the three grades will be competing against each other to determine who has the most spirit. Each Friday, we will have a themed day, and students who participate in the theme will earn a point for their grade level. At the end of each day, we will tally the number of points earned by each grade, and display the totals in the front and rear entrances of the school.

Tomorrow is Blast to the Past, 1980s Dress-Up Day. We hope you use this occassion to take out your old pictures, or do some Google searches of Madonna, Michael Jackson, and Revenge of the Nerds to show your child why the 1980s is one of the worst decades for fashion in American history. We hope your child participates, and enjoys the day.
