Hello 6th grade parents!
Our first fun event is this Thursday after school. Permission slips and money will be collected from students at lunch Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday this week. Slips will NOT be accepted at the dance. We hope you can all make it! It should be an amazing time!!!

“Peace”, the DJ, will liven up the place and have you dancing the afternoon away!

Pizza and refreshments will be served
**Please bring your signed permission slip and $10 cash during lunch on Monday
October 17th, Tuesday October 18th, or Wednesday October 19th**
We need donations of water bottles, treats (cookies, cupcakes, chips etc), paper plates, napkins. If you would like to volunteer for the 6th Grade Dance or donate items, please contact:

Admission: $10
My child___________________________________________ homeroom # _________ has my permission to attend the SOMS HSA 6th Grade Dance on Thursday, October 20, 2011 from 3:15 to 5:15 pm at SOMS gym. The $10 admission fee includes a slice of pizza, a beverage and a snack. The signed permission slip and payment must be handed in during lunch on October 17th, 18th, or 19th.
*Permission slips will not be accepted on the day of the dance.
