wondering how to call the twitter entities

tried using this:

tweets = client.statuses.user_timeline? :screen_name =>
MY_APPLICATION_NAME, :include_entities => 'true' # hit the API

which seems to do something
i get this returned: entities=#<Grackle::TwitterStruct ...>

but not sure what to do next.
