Hey everyone!

This is an email about a few things coming up at Grace Lutheran for the Christmas Season!

1.  This SundayDecember 15th,  is the children's Christmas Service at 10AM.  The students of our school will be presenting "Joy has Dawned."  This is a Christmas message shared through songs, narrations, and recitations.  Come see the many children of our school share the good news of the Savior!
Since we will have so many visitors that day, we are asking members who can to please bring a snack or treat to share after the service.  Our goal is to encourage families to stay after service so we are able to introduce ourselves and make warm connections with them.  There will be no Bible Class or Sunday School on Sunday.

2.   This Sunday afternoon, December 15th, is also our church Christmas Caroling day!  You do not have to be in choir to come caroling.  We sing the Christmas classics.  All members are invited to come to Aspen Creek off of Forest Drive in Kenai at 12:30PM.  Aspen Creek is under construction and they asked us to follow the detour signs to the back entrance.  At 2:00PM the carolers will meet at the Kenai Senior Center by the Kenai bluff to do another round of caroling.

3.    The Church Christmas Party is on December 20th at 6:30PM at the church. Please bring a snack or dessert to share.  Please bring your beverage of choice.  If you are interested in joining in the gift exchange game, please bring an unlabeled, wrapped gift valued around $15.  Get ready for fun, games, and fellowship.

4.     Christmas Eve Service is on Tuesday, December 24th at 6:30PM.  We will be having a candle light closing with "Silent Night."  This is a great opportunity to come and worship.  It is also a great opportunity to invite a friend, family member, acquaintance, or neighbor to come and worship also!    Christmas Day Service will be at 10AM on Wednesday, December 25th.

    Have a great weekend!
