I hope you are having a wonderful day! This email is going out as a reference for upcoming things that are taking place at Grace Lutheran between now and Easter and beyond! We hope this helps in your planning!
February 21st: Church Bingo Night @ 6:30PM
We will gather together to play some bingo! There will be a few gift card prizes. On top of that, to keep the fun going, we ask everyone to bring something in good condition from your house that you don't use but that someone else may LOVE as a prize! We will set up a prize table and when people get a Bingo they can go and select an item that is a nice "new to them" item from the table! Please bring a snack to share and come join the fun!
Flowers for the Altar:
There is a new flower chart located near the men's bathroom door. Please sign up for a Sunday if you'd like to bring flowers to place on the altar. If you would like to donate flowers to commemorate a special event, anniversary, in memoriam, etc, write it on the wall chart, or let Pastor Schmudlach know.
March 2nd: New Member Potluck
This potluck will take place after service on that Sunday. Please bring an item or items to share. We welcome our new members Sonja Nisler and Aunamarie Golan! We will also be highlighting other members to help both old and new members get to know each other better.
March 5th: Season of Lent Begins
Before each Wednesday Lenten Devotional Service there will be a themed potluck beginning at 5:30PM. The meal will last until about 6:10PM. Then the tables and food will be put away to prepare for 6:30PM worship. Hard copies of this information are located in the back of the church. Here are the themes for each week.

Thursday, March 28th: Maundy Thursday Hands of Humility on Jesus NO POTLUCK Worship begins at 6:30 PM
Friday, March 29th: Good Friday Nail-Pierced Hands on Jesus NO POTLUCK Worship begins at 6:30 PM PreK-8th Grade and Adult Choir Sing
Sunday, March 31st: Easter Sunday Life-Giving Hands on Jesus Worship begins at 10:00 AM followed by a potluck style Easter Brunch (See sign up near church doors for more details on food items to bring) PreK-8th Grade and Adult Choir Sing
March 17th: St. Patrick's Day Parade
Save the date! We will be marching in this parade in the afternoon to invite people to Jerusalem Experience, Easter Services, and our School Open House! We will also be taking candy donations to hand out with our Grace Lutheran flyers.
April 5th: Jerusalem Experience Saturday
Save the date! We will be turning our church and school into a Holy Week experience and share the good news of Jesus with our community! We can use all kinds of help in all kinds of roles for set up, event running, and take down! We'd love to have you as a part of this awesome event!
