Events at the Church this weekend

Hey everyone!

   Here's are reminder about a few things coming up at church this weekend:

1. Tomorrow Night, Friday October 11th, we are hosting a Mexican Train Dominoes night!  This is a fast and easy game that allows for lots of conversation and fellowship.  If you do not know how to play, it is easy to learn and a lot of fun!  The event starts at 6:30.  Feel free to bring a snack to share if you would like to do so.  There will be some awesome prizes for the winners!  

2. This Saturday and Sunday, at 12:30PM on both days,  there will be a crafting party at the church.  Terri Burdick is organizing these days this weekend to create and replace our white "Chrismons" ornaments.  These are the ornaments that we hang on the church Christmas Tree in the front of church every year.  These ornaments display different Christian symbols.  We have a few of these Chrismon ornaments from the years past, but they are starting to get pretty beat up and ratty looking.  We would love to have fresh ones for this Christmas Season!  Terri has put together patterns and instructions for creating new ones!  She has all the supplies ready to go.  Hope you can join in the fun on either or both days!
