Schmudlachs Arrive Saturday!!!

Hey everyone!

   It looks like the Schmudlachs will be arriving sometime this Saturday!  How exciting!!

   The parsonage has received some new appliances, new bathroom fixtures, and other updates.  Those things are ready to go, however there is some light cleaning that needs to be done.  If you are interested and available to help out in this way, a group is meeting from 4-6PM TOMORROW, Friday, October 20th.  Feel free to bring your own cleaning supplies for some mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down surfaces.  This will ensure that everything is spick and span for their arrival to their new home.

    Thank you to all who have contributed to their pantry shower!  It is going to be such a warm welcome!   If you are interested in contributing to their pantry shower, please bring your items by tomorrow afternoon.  You may leave them at the school and they will be carried over.  They have many paper products.  Feel free to bring any food or drink items that you would like to contribute, or gift cards to local stores and restaurants. If you are heading out tonight or tomorrow for items- one specific current need is for a shower curtain liner and rings (the parsonage has both types of showers).

     This is also a reminder that the Installation Service of Pastor Schmudlach will take place on Wednesday, October 25th at 6PM.  Bill Ferguson will be doing a prime rib dinner after the service.  If you would like to bring anything for the meal, please plan on bringing desserts.  

      What an exciting week ahead!  We look forward to welcoming our new Pastor and his family as he comes to share with us the great news of Jesus!
