It was nice to meet you in person again after half a year of being out of Florence - and to get some sun and nicer temperatures, while I already now am back in Eastern European thaw tristesse. Concerning the name, Philipp told me to reserve the room in the name of his secretary Anita Biricz, but it is still not sure whether she or Schmale's secretary will come (her mail is: anita....@univie.ac.at). But for the moment it should be ok.
Then there is a message to Francesca from him. I met Francesca shortly and she was a bit confused because there were different persons (me and Daria and maybe some more??) in contact with her concerning GRACEH. Daria, you are going away now as well, maybe Francesca should have regular contact with only one person in order to avoid double messages and so on. But the message is: Wolfgang Schmale is coming with his wife and Philipp wants us (Francesca) to reserve the double room with view on the Duomo in Villa la Stella. Furthermore: Hanne, as you have been in contact with him before, could you ask Schmale directly how long exactly he will be staying so we can reserve the nights at the Duomo-view room?
So, the Vienna people will be more or less 6-8 researchers, Schmale, his wife, the secretary and Philipp himself. All of them should be placed together in Villa la Stella.

PS: I haven't sent this to Francesca in order to avoid more confusion. Can someone then contact Francesca, someone who is present in Florence and can take over the communication task with her during the following months at the EUI?

Hi,
Have written to Schmale and Vogel to hear if it is ok if they speak on
28th and 29th respectively. I have also informed Francesa about
booking a room for Vogel.
As for the e-mail we got from her about the rooming list:
- Fredrik: can you get a name for the secretary from Vienna?
- Apart from this: We will just ask her to keep the 23 rooms?
