Hi,

Have written to Schmale and Vogel to hear if it is ok if they speak on
28th and 29th respectively. I have also informed Francesa about
booking a room for Vogel.

As for the e-mail we got from her about the rooming list:
- Fredrik: can you get a name for the secretary from Vienna?
- Apart from this: We will just ask her to keep the 23 rooms?

I have also made an outline of the program:

Thursday 24th April
- Registration
- Welcome with Antonella Romano?
-Key note speaker: Schmale
-1 Panel - 3 persons
- Welcome cocktail - Sala Bandiere
- "Dinner" in the centre

Friday 25th April
-4 -5 panels - 12-15 persons
- Key note speaker - Vogel
- Dinner

Saturday 26th April
- 2 panels - 6 persons
- Summing up/Round table - Pavel Kolár?
- Fun!

yeah, let's keep the rooms. We have received many new applications. One applicant asked whether he can attend the conference, because he already has PhD in History? He can, or can't he? can you tell me?
