The Kris Aquino/James Yap and Chiz Escudero/Heart Evangelista brawls triggered a blogging frenzy. “There are more pressing concerns,” former Sen. Richard “Dick” Gordon protested. These range from Filipinos squeezed in the Sabah controversy to a severely strained school system. “Let’s keep our focus on issues that matter.”
 
We have to hear the considered opinion of the experts when it comes to elections and there are few who can claim to be more qualified to shed light than my neighbor, election lawyer Romy Macalintal. Let me share with you what Romy stated with regards all these recent attempts to taint the performance of the PCOS machine in the 2010 elections as well as the 2013 elections.
 
The  third approach to improving employment is using our investments incentives programs not only to attract capital but also to create jobs.
 
I think it is premature and grossly irresponsible for anyone to claim that the recent Supreme Court decision temporarily stopping the implementation of the Reproductive Health Bill represents victory, or conversely, defeat in terms of his or her RH advocacy.

Great  play on words, if I may say so despite kibitzer Jose adding pun to more fun in the Philippines and, hey, it so apropos to the spectacular dilemma Sen.  Francis “Chiz” Escudero has squeezed himself into. 
 
With  no less than Pres. Noy Aquino gracing the 5th anniversary of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) yesterday, I am sure that his under serving appointees there headed by DG William Hotchkiss can only thumb their nose and gloat over the rank of critics over the prestige that such presidential visit brings.
