This question may seem controversial but it isn't. It is questions
like this which work to destroy God's family by bringing division. If
fact, this question tries to divide Christianity by saying a Christian
has to be one or the other. When in reality they are one and the
same.
God has called us the way we are. No matter what our lifestyle was at
the time of His calling He loved us the same then as He does now. So
we are to be us for Him. But when we truly accept Jesus as Lord and
Savior of our lives, He fills us with His Holy Spirit which begins to
work in our lives to help change us into that perfect person that God
wants us to be. We begin to start living as He had intended from the
start.
Our lives are a work in progress. We are on a journey. Along the way
we start seeing God at work and grow closer to Him. The closer we
draw to God, the closer we draw towards one another.
There are my thoughts on this in a nutshell. What do you think.
