[R82XX] PLL not locked!

Hi! all,
When I try to capture GSM signal, I faced following message,
and Wireshark can't capture any packets.
Please comment this

It's complaining about the frequency you're using - whatever the
frequency is it can't tune it.

If you didn't specify a frequency, then the frequency is 0 and rtl can't
tune to 0.

In grgsm_livemon, 

There is the only one way to specify the frequency. 

I already  tried to adjust that value to 850 ~ 950 MHz.

Please give some idea~

This might mean that you are trying to set frequency of your RTL-SDR
dongle outside of its frequency range:

Are you sure your receiver works in GSM900 (925-960MHz) frequency range?
