[GR Coworking] Facilities Question

So, this is awkward ...

1) I only have Voice Over IP and Cell Phones at this point. I've been
asked to participate in a series of interviews/podcasts (yay!) ... and
my phones aren't good enough to record the interviews.

Is there any chance some place like the factory can hook me up with a
cube and a phone? I'd be 30-50 minutes at a time, maybe once a month.

If there were high-quality phones at the factory, that would be a
competitive advantage.

2) I'm helping organize CAST 2010, the Conference for the Association
for Software Testing, August 2-4 at the Prince Conference Center at
Calvin College. I'd also like to setup a semi-public party, complete
with beer, snacks, a big-screen TV for lightning talks that accepts
VGA input. My house is ~40 miles out of town. :-(

I wonder if anyone knows of a place that might be interested in
hosting? I could arrange lots of free PR.
