Hi, I'm not sure of the best way to prioritize tasks in Gqueues. What are your thoughts?

I see there #'s beside the tasks, but aren't sure what they are used for really...

Hi Ryan -

The idea of the numbers of the left-hand side of every task is to indicate priority.  Task number 1 is at the top of your list and thus the most important!  You can change the priority of tasks by just dragging them into a new order.  You can then also create a smart queue to show you the top task(s) from each queue you have.

Other people prefer to indicate priority using tags.  You can simply tag tasks with "High", "Medium", or "Low" (or whatever tags you want to use), and then quickly pull up all tasks of a particular priority by clicking on the tag.

GQueues is flexible, so really it's a matter of using a system that makes the most sense to you.
