My app account does not work

Hi -

I had my team sign up for the free version of Gqueues to see if they
liked it. They indeed did like it. So I purchased three seats using my
google apps account (y o y o m e t r i c s .com). I installed the app
via google apps but my team is still stuck on the free version...

How do we solve this?

Hi Jason - 

Make sure you have assigned the licenses in the Google Apps Admin Dashboard and each user has logged in at least once using the "more" dropdown menu. See steps 7 & 8 here for more details.  


If that doesn't take care of the issue let me know.
