I'm using the two week free trial of GQueues and I'm loving it, but the reminders are not working for me. I've tried email and SMS reminders. Calendar integration is activated, and I have checked all three time zone settings multiple times. All three match. I have no problems receiving my Google Calendar reminders via pop up, email or SMS. I'm hoping to buy the full paid version of GQueues, but I really need the SMS reminders to work. Any suggestions?

Ditto for me. Email and SMS reminders are not working.

SMS reminders seemed to have stopped.  I conducted a test and validated that they are not working and that my phone is.  Any suggestions?

Hi Josh -

GQueues uses Google Calendar's system for all reminders, so we'll want to figure out if that is working.

In Google Calendar, find a task in your GQueues calendar that you set a SMS reminder on and open the event details in Calendar.  Do you see the reminder set in the event details?

If so, then the reminder is getting set properly in calendar, but for someone reason Google Calendar is not sending them.

In that case, try these steps:

1. Go to Google Calendar -> Settings -> Mobile Setup and make sure your details are still there and correct.

2. Create a regular calendar event in your personal calendar and set a SMS reminder.  Do you get that reminder?

3. If all of that works, then I would suggest deactivating calendar integration and reactivating.  This will delete the existing GQueues calendar and create a brand new one with all of your GQueues tasks on it.  Hopefully this new calendar will get the reminders working for you again.

The reboot (de/reactivation) did it.  Thanks!
