GQueues Google Calendar Extension - no checkmarks?

Hi I read awhile back that the GQueues Calendar extension was upgraded to show the checkmarks and allow marking of complete tasks direct from Google Calendar. For some reason I can tell no difference at all - there are no checkmarks and looks as it always has. 

Am I supposed to uninstall the extension and then reinstall it to get the new version?

I deleted the GQueues Chrome App for Google Calendarand reinstalled and it worked. Problem solved :)
