I'm signed into GQueues and I have the Gmail extension installed.  Yesterday it was working fine, but today the Create Task button is AWOL when I check an email's checkbox or click into the email to view it.

I haven't restarted my PC - it's stayed on, no hibernation or sleep - since yesterday.

I checked in Extensions, and the Gmail extension is enabled.  I checked off the box to enable the extension in Incognito mode, spawned an Incognito window, signed into the Gmail account registered for GQueues, and the button is still AWOL.

Anything I should try here?

Hi Mike -

Sorry for the trouble.  A couple things to check / try:

1. Are you using the Preview Pane in Gmail now by chance?  If so, check out how to use the extension in conjunction with the Preview Pane: https://www.gqueues.com/help/gmailExtension#previewPane

2. Try logging out of Gmail and close Chrome and login to Gmail again.  This may help trigger it to display.

3. If you still have problems, try uninstalling the extension and re-install it.

If none of that helps let me know and I can continue to help troubleshoot.
