I'm working out my workflows, and I have a few that collectively mean something like "I can do it quickly" things like "2M" and "15M" for durations.

I'd like to take advantage of the (awesome) saved search feature but to be able to search for multiple tags at once. I might also search for unrelated things like "15m" and "call"  if I were using something like GTD context.

So... how can I search multiple tags?

I tried:
tag:(2m, 15m)
tag:(2m | 15m)
tag:(2m) or tag:(15m)

Thanks in advance!

Hi Dan -

You can use the capital words AND and OR to search multiple tags.

Full details on the query language here:

There are lots of example queries in this blog post as well:

Hope this helps!

Ok!

Another question that I'm only putting here after looking in the forum.  Comments - how can I add a comment?

I assigned this to Katrina (2nd task on screenshot), she asked me a question that I received via email, I replied and it's not there.

Then I assigned myself to the task also and i'm trying to add the comment manually but can't.  Am I missing something?

Hi Dan -

Having multiple comments/notes per task is not possible yet, but it's on the roadmap.

Since you assigned the task to yourself, you could go into your "Assignments" queue and comment on the task there.

However, it's probably easier just to add your comment to the task notes since you are the owner of the task (use shift-enter to create multiple lines in the notes)
