GQueues down right now

GQueues seems to be down right now. The site https://www.gqueues.com/ does not open, and when I edit one of my tasks in the Android app it does not change in my Google calendar.

FWIW, I can access GQueues and add/update tasks from my PC….

Sorry for the trouble, Niklas.  GQueues is running normally and the site is up, so the issue may be specific to your account / computer / network connection.

Are you getting an error when you go to https://www.gqueues.com, or just a blank page?  I assume other websites are loading fine.  You might try logging out of your Google account, clearing cookies in your browser and try logging into GQueues again.

Or you could try using a different browser or computer and see if things are working there - to help pinpoint the issue.

It is down for me too - I've tried other browsers and get nothing. Really frustrating as it happened just half a hour after I'd decided to pay for the service.

Just to annoy me, it has started to work again as soon as I posted! Although I couldn't get it to work on any computer/browser for 45 minutes! Pleased it is working again.

DNS problem? I get unknown host when trying to access www.gqueues.com right now (from Oxford, UK).

I am happy to hear that the problem seems to be local. It is still not working, and gqueues.com seems to be the only site which I cannot open. It has been down for a few hours now, and I have tried two different browsers. Network diagnostics tell me there is no response from the DNS server.

Thanks for the report, Niklas.  It looks like there may be a DNS issue for a certain region in Europe.  I'm investigating and will post back when I know more. -Cameron

Same here (Germany).

As a workaround: I added "72.14.248.247 www.gqueues.comin \Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file.

Sorry for the trouble, everyone. The GQueues domain is serviced by GoDaddy and they are currently experiencing DNS resolution issues for the Europe / Asia region.  So in short, this means the GQueues servers are working fine, but users in this region are unable to access the site because when you type in gqueues.com in your browser it can't find the servers. GoDaddy is working on the issue and hopefully it won't be long before things are fully functional again.  I'll report back here again when I know more.

Here in Sweden gqueues.com seems to be up again now. I can open it in both browsers.

Hi Cameron - my Gqueues account in Canada has been down for the last 20-30 minutes.  

Is there an issue here as well?  I figured since US users seem to have no issues, I should no issues?

Hi Ara - 

I believe GoDaddy has all the DNS issues resolved now.  Are you still having trouble access GQueues?  Do you get any error messages or just a blank page?
