Even with the efficiency that GQs offers, I still find myself being
overly optimistic with what I assign to myself for a set day. As such
I usually have to update the date fields on a number of task as I bump
them onto another day. I would like to have the ability to change the
dates on multiple tasks at the same time. I can also see the benefit
as this applies to notes, assignments, tags and reorganising.

Gmail & Docs allow one to select items and then apply and action. As
GQs lacks this selection (rightly so in all other respects of its
use), I'm not sure how to suggest this would work. However for
inspiration I suggest looking at the "Mass-Editor" feature that Tumblr
brought out for adjusting tags & deleting posts. See here:

thanks.

I suffer from the same problem. My solution, sync all tasks to the GQ
calendar and then drag 'em around in either the 3 week or month view.
It takes just a matter of moments and moving it reminds me that I
really need to deal with it.

Cheers

That works if you date everything but not if you rely on tags to
determine priorities. To have to change individual tags is a pain.
