hide tags with no active task

Hi, I've been following the approach for GTD https://www.gqueues.com/help/gtd which suggests tagging all tasks in a project with the project name, so that you can quickly see all the tasks for that project even if they're in different contexts.
The problem is that now I have a ton of tags for old, completed projects cluttering up my "Tags" list, even though they have no active tasks.
Is there a way to make the Tags list only show tags that have at least one active task?
