I've created a saved search to show me all tasks that either have no due date, or are due within 10 days:

dueDate:<=[+10 days] OR hasDueDate:false

and it does its job well except for two problems:
  • It shows tasks from a whole bunch of my queues, groupd by queue.  I really want to apply this to just a single primary queue.
  • Although it shows tasks from many of my queues, it does not show matching tasks from all of them!  It shows them from 5 of my queues, not including the one I'm really interested in.
Is there a way to specify in the query language which queue or queues to show?

What I really want with this is that I'd love a way to hide specific tasks until a certain date.  And I'd love that to be able to vary that from task to task. (e.g., "Submit timecard" can wait until the afternoon of the day it is due to show up on my list.  But I want "Fill out forms for mortgage application" to show up a week before it is due.)  The search above gets me close enough for now, but only if I can apply it to the queue I care about!

Hi Mark,

Advanced Search seems to use the query language and allows for the selection of a target queue.
The search actually uses the Queue Key "(queueKey:"ag1zfmdxdWV1ZXMtaHJkciYLEgdBY2NvdW50GICAyL-rqIEJDAsSBVF1ZXVlGICAqOyKtLoLDA")
so it looks like you can specify a queue in a search.

Good Luck!
