Tasks can now be set to repeat based on the date they are completed.
So if you're late finishing a task, the next instance will adjust
accordingly.

For instance, let's say you've created a repeating task to wash the
car every month. If you are a week late in completing it, the new
task will be set for a month from the completion date, instead of the
original schedule which would be in only three weeks.

Of course the normal repeating method is still available as well.

Thanks to the several people on this forum who suggested this feature
and pushed for its development.

This is freakin awesome! Now if the GQueues calendar items created
would inherit their default reminder setting properly things would be
perfect. I'm guessing the reminder problem is a API issue? I notice
the same problem when messing around with Google's command line tool.

My initial thought was, however will I use this. Shortly followed by
me using it. Shortly followed by me thinking, however did I do without
this. Very nice - thanks for this.

This is one of my favorite features of Gqueues, and I use it frequently.

Has there been any thought to extending this feature to tasks with a designated time?  For example, a task that needs to be completed every 3 hours after completion of the last?   That would be a feature request that I would find beneficial.

Thanks for the feedback and suggestion, Michael.  I've add this to the list of improvements to consider for development.  -Cameron
