Inspired by the PulseAudio blocks in GQRX, I implemented some standalone
PulseAudio blocks. They work, but I'd appreciate some review from some
people more experienced with GNU Radio and PulseAudio development.

Hi Phil,

Nice work!
I noticed you do not use the settings for low latency. Did you try
your block in gqrx to see if the latency is any different? I never
found out if those settings have any practical effect, maybe for low
sample rates they do.

Anyway, I suggest you submit your block to be included in the gnuradio
project as part of the existing audio framework. Gnuradio folks have
previously shown interest for this when I created the pulseaudio i/o
for gqrx, but I haven't had the time to make it right.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to get gqrx to work with my softrock
radio yet. It's on the longer-term to-do list. I haven't accurately
measured the latency either, but I will. Hope to get things dialed in
today and make a contact with fldigi.
