There is no direct support for gr-dsd in gqrx nor to extend it with
external blocks. You can of course add new blocks by modifying the
source code and rebuilding it, but it doesn't sound like that's what
you are looking for.

Ehm.. yes, that's quite normal, isn't it?
I saw a fork of gqrx on github that added DSD decoding support.
Otherwise the gr-dsd package might have an example program that uses
audio input in which case you can take the audio out from gqrx and
send it to the DSD decoder.
