Error 'make' in gqrx-git

Here is my error, how to solve this sir? I follow the step for gqrx install

I did cmake and it pass but 'make' I got error, I using grnuradio version 3.10, and if I just sudo apt  install libgnuradio-osmosdr0.2.0 I will got grnuradio version 3.8.0 which is I don't wamt

The LimeSDR XTRX documentation says that it will operate only down to 30 MHZ - that may mean with a sample rate of 120 MHZ that the lowest frequency that you can set could be 80 HZ.
