Gqrx & Bad Audio

Hello everyone,

Every time i start GQRX under Ubuntu i hera for about a minute or two

the audio as heard in the attached file.

Please anybody can tell me how to correct it?

Sounds like "empty channel" FM noise to me, and looks like it as a spectrum plot..

What were the settings at the time.  Desired RF frequency (144.5MHz?)  Mode (AM/FM etc) and demod bandwidths.

What SDR front end hardware are you using with it, and with what software (drivers and so on etc versions.)

You say it sounds like that for 1 or 2 minutes.  What happens after that time?  What were you expecting?

Sadly, we need more detail to work with.

A screen save image would be good to see.

That is just good old fashion static. 

It is what you would get with Lime Mini or other devices without the correct antenna selected.

this is how i hear the audio when i start GQRX.

I am using it with a FUNCUBE DONGLE PéRO PLUS.
